The smallest monthly plan costs $9.90 and grants 1,200 credits for that month. The smallest one-time pack costs $15 for 1,500 credits, valid for 365 days. The $0.15 medium-image figure is an equivalent price with that pack, not a standalone checkout.

A medium-quality image is 15 credits, which is $0.15 with the smallest pack (1,500 credits for $15). Low quality is 8 credits and high is 55. At the API the list price is $0.03, $0.06 and $0.22.

With 1,500 credits, up to 187 low-quality images at 8 credits each, 100 medium at 15, or 27 high at 55. These are delivered outputs, not a promise of that many designs you will choose to use. Multiple outputs and further edits each consume credits.

Yes. One output costs 8 credits at low, 15 at medium and 55 at high in either mode. A request for four medium outputs is 60 credits. Each further edit is a new paid request.

Pack credits are valid for 365 days. Monthly plan credits are granted each month and expire when that month ends; they do not roll over. A yearly plan grants the whole year’s credits at once, and they expire when the year ends.

Yes. If a request fails, or returns fewer images than you asked for, the whole charge comes back automatically. An image that came out but that you do not like is still charged.

No. A failed request returns credits to your balance. Refunds to your payment method follow the separate refund policy. It covers duplicate or mistaken charges and purchases within 14 days when no credits have been spent; request a review from support@cicadas.ai using your account email.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through billing settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Cash refunds follow the refund policy.
